Personal Information We Collect

Loyalty Program (BrüCrew Rewards)

The BrüCrew Rewards Program (“BrüCrew Rewards”) is offered by BrüMate LLC. By participating in BrüCrew Rewards, Member agrees to the terms and conditions.
Membership Eligibility: Limited to individuals 18+ in the U.S.
Program Communications: BrüMate will use email (support@brumates.shop) to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify the Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate BrüCrew Rewards changes, and more.

Referrals

Qualified Referral must be a natural person (i.e., no businesses, legal entities or pets) located in the 50 United States, or D.C., and be a new / first-time BrüMate customer.

3. Return Policy

Domestic Orders (USA)

We are happy to accept returns for domestic (USA) orders for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.
Additional return materials and packaging are not provided by BrüMate.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Green Shipping Protection, Mystery Boxes/Items, Final Clearance Items, and Other Select Items Are Non-Returnable.

How to Return Your BrüMate

Head to the BrüMate Returns Center to initiate your return within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Gift Exchanges

We are happy to offer gift exchanges! You will need to provide the original order number, shipping zip code, and your email address (replaced with: support@brumates.shop).

International Orders

BrüMate is happy to accept international returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.
BrüMate does not provide prepaid labels for International returns.
Postage for International returns must be covered by the customer and exchanges for International orders are not available.
